Just heard from Gaylen and we will be cooking brisket and ribs. Yes ribs........you will get 8 racks and 2 brisket. The meat will be available Friday night..........if you get your meat......you MUST stay at the location. Anyone that leaves, their team will be disqualified....no exceptions. Good Luck!!!
