Good morning!! It's almost time for the first competition of the year! Here are some details for the cook:

Place: Buffalo County Fairgrounds Ag Pavillion

Setup: Today anytime after 3:30pm

Meat handouts: Today sometime around 6ish

Meats: 2 briskets, 2-3 butts, and ribs TBD

Turn-in Times:

3:00pm- Beans

3:30pm- Ribs

4:00pm- Butts

4:30pm- Brisket

(All of this is a guess and subject to change)
