About the Event
Ready to take your love for BBQ to the next level? Join us for an exciting opportunity to become a Certified MWBA BBQ Judge and Table Captain!
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn everything you need to confidently judge competition BBQ. We’ll cover all four major meat categories, the MWBA scoring system, proper judging procedures, box handling, sampling techniques, and more. Whether you’re new to BBQ competitions or looking to get more involved, this class is perfect for you!
Date: Saturday, May 2nd
Time: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM (please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in)
